Frequently Asked Questions.

Does the £45 Discovery Call count toward a package or bundle?

Yes. The £45 is credited in full against any package or bundle you book afterward. If you go on to book the Hijrah Compass, the Madinah Blueprint, the Full Landing, or either Property Bundle, the £45 comes off the total. You pay for the call, not twice.

Is this only for Madinah, or do you cover other cities?

Al-Nomaad is built specifically for Madinah. It is where the consultancy is permanently based, which is what makes on-ground services possible. Consultations can cover other cities for context, but property work and practical services are Madinah-specific.

Not sure which package is right for me.

Start with the Hijrah Discovery Call (£45). You will get an honest recommendation on which package — or individual service — fits your situation. If none of them are right yet, that will be said too.

What does the property inspection cover?

40+ checkpoints, photos included, written report delivered within 48 hours of the visit. The inspection covers structural condition, proximity to the Haram, noise levels, landlord assessment, and everything needed to make a confident decision remotely.

I'm a sister moving alone. Is Al-Nomaad set up for that?

Al-Nomaad works with sisters who are travelling with a mahram. Community connections include families and sisters already settled in Madinah, and safety is factored into every neighbourhood and property assessment.

Can I get Iqama help without Tier Three?

Iqama facilitation is part of Tier Three. The Iqama route can be discussed in any consultation session — including the Hijrah Discovery Call — so you understand the process before committing to a package.
